The design draws from the region's Portuguese-colonial heritage while embracing a distinctly contemporary language.<br><br>Villa clusters are arranged along蜿蜒 paths through coconut groves, each with private pools and outdoor pavilions. The central arrival experience is a dramatic procession through a water court that opens to reveal the ocean beyond.<br><br>The material palette celebrates local craftsmanship: laterite stone walls, hand-carved teak screens, terrazzo flooring with crushed seashells, and custom brass fixtures.
